  • How do I exchange or reschedule my tickets?

Hi! Here’s how ticket exchanges work:

Your current ticket price is locked in for your original date and time. If you keep your original reservation, nothing changes.

Before exchanging your tickets, please review all available options carefully. Our third-party ticketing provider allows each ticket to be exchanged only one time. Once your exchange is complete, it cannot be changed again.

Your tickets will be updated to the current price for the new date and time you select:

    • If the price is the same, there is no additional charge.
    • If the price is higher, you will pay the difference shown during the exchange.
    • If the price is lower, you may still select that date and time. However, our third-party ticketing provider’s no-refund policy does not allow the price difference to be refunded or credited.

All available dates, times, and prices are listed on your Manage Order page. We see the same options and pricing you see, so we do not have access to any additional dates or prices. All exchanges must be completed through your Manage Order page.

    How to Change Your Tickets:

    1. Open your confirmation email.
    2. Click “View and Manage Order.”
    3. Select “Exchange Ticket.”
    4. Carefully choose your new date and time.
    5. Click “Select” and then “Continue.”
    6. Repeat for each ticket in your order, if needed.
    7. Click “Checkout” and then “Submit Exchange.”
    8. Pay the difference if your new selection is priced higher.

Once completed, your updated tickets and reservation details will appear on your Manage Order page. Please remember that each ticket can only be exchanged one time.
