The time on your ticket (ex., 5 PM) is your entry window. You can arrive up to 30 minutes before or after that time. Once inside, you’re welcome to stay and enjoy everything Jack’s has to offer.
We are 100% cashless and only accept Credit Cards or Apple Pay. No cash is accepted anywhere on site.

Your Pumpkin Patch Admission Chicago ticket gives you access to Jack’s Pumpkin Pop-Up and all the seasonal excitement waiting inside.
Children aged 4 and under enjoy free entry with a paid adult ticket, while guests aged 5 and up need a package to enter. We offer a special kids ticket for ages 5–11.
When you choose the “Two Spooky” package, you’ll receive 2 entries plus all package perks. Please note re-entry isn’t permitted, but you’re welcome to stay as long as you’d like once inside.
