The time on your ticket (ex 5 PM) is your entry window. You can arrive up to 30 minutes before or after that time. Once inside, you’re welcome to stay as long as you’d like.
We are 100% cashless and only accept Credit Cards or Apple Pay. No cash accepted anywhere on site.
Entry
Gain access to Jack’s Pumpkin Pop-Up! Children aged 4 and under enjoy free entry with a paid adult ticket, while those aged 5 and up need a package to enter. We offer a special kids ticket for ages 5-11. When you snag a "Two Spooky" package, you'll get 2 entries, plus all package perks. Please note re-entry isn't permitted, but you're welcome to stay as long as you wish.
CORN MAZE
Jack’s offers 1 Corn Maze, the largest only in Downtown Chicago. Reach the end and discover a surprise – our hidden bar, an ultimate reward for your maze mastery!
PHOTO OPS
Our infamous Creative Masterminds conjured the most unique Instagram-worthy photo ops just for you! With every package, enjoy limitless access to capture unforgettable fall moments with friends and family.
DRINK
Sip away! If your package includes a drink, select a non-alcoholic or alcoholic beverage from Jack’s Drink Ticket Menu. Elevate your experience with Drink Tickets, where you'll not only save big but also include our Specialty Seasonal Cocktails. Purchase them in advance online or at the box office for a delightful blend of savings and signature sips. While Drink Tickets cannot be acquired after entry, all bars accept Credit Cards and Apple Pay for drink purchases. Must be 21+ for alcoholic drinks.
ORANGE PUMPKIN
Find your Perfect Pick in our Patch! If your package has an Orange Pumpkin, choose a favorite under 11 lbs. to take home. Not valid for Heirloom, Specialty, or King-Sized Pumpkins. Option to upgrade to a Jumbo Size pumpkin available.

Experience the taste of Fall in a single treat. Our infamous Apple Cider Donuts are made to enhance your Jack's experience! An absolute autumn essential you won't want to miss!

How axe-citing! With axe throwing in your package, enjoy access to our outdoor range for a unique experience. 3 Axe throws for 1 Guest, 18+ only. Closed-toed shoes required. Not shareable between guests.
