  • I purchased refund protection when I purchased my tickets. How do I file a claim?

    If you purchased refund protection through Booking Protect, you can submit your refund request directly through its online refund portal.

    2. Create an account or sign in to your existing account.
    3. Complete the online refund application.
    4. Submit any supporting documents requested by Booking Protect.

    Yes! Jack's is all ages, but guests 21+ can enjoy full bars and specialty cocktails throughout the festival.

    During the day, the vibe is family-forward and perfect for kids of all ages.

    As evening sets in, things shift into a more festive, adult-friendly atmosphere after 7pm.

    Parents are always welcome to stay and enjoy the evening scene too — it's all at your discretion.

    Either way, there's something fun for everyone at every hour.

  • Is axe throwing available?

    Yes! Axe throwing is available for guests 18 and older. It's one of Jack's most popular activities — check the site for pricing and any add-on details.

  • Do I need tickets?

    Yes — tickets are on sale now at jackspumpkinpopup.com/tickets.

  • How do I exchange or reschedule my tickets?

    Hi! Here’s how ticket exchanges work:

    Your current ticket price is locked in for your original date and time. If you keep your original reservation, nothing changes.

    If you choose a new date or time, your tickets will be updated to the current price for that time and date. If the price is the same, there is no additional charge. If it is higher, you will pay the difference shown during the exchange.

    All available dates, times, and prices are listed on your Manage Order page. We see the same options and pricing you see, so we do not have access to any additional dates or prices. All exchanges must be completed through your Manage Order page.

    How to Change Your Tickets:


    1. Open your confirmation email.
    2. Click “View and Manage Order.”
    3. Select “Exchange Ticket.”
    4. Choose your new date and time.
    5. Click “Select” and then “Continue.”
    6. Repeat for each ticket in your order, if needed.
    7. Click “Checkout” and then “Submit Exchange.”
    8. Pay the difference, if there is one.

    Once completed, your updated tickets and reservation details will appear on your Manage Order page.
